1 each medium onion, green and red pepper, cut into strips grated peel and juice from 1 lime
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 envelope shake n bake extra crispy seasoned coating mix
4 boneless pork chops, 1/2in thick
8 taco ell home originals flour tortillas
MIX onion, peppers, 1Tbsp oil, lime juice and cumin in 13by9in baking pan.
Mix couting mix and lime peel then use to coat chops as directed on package. dicard any remaining coating mix. place chops on vegetable mixture in baking pan.
BAKE at 425 for 25min. or until chops are cooked through. remove chops and slice into strips. spoon sliced pork chops and vegetable mixture evenly over tortillas roll up serve topped with sour cream salsa.
