Brown 1 pound lean hamburger meat and drain (if needed).
(Do not drain any of the vegetables)
Combine in large saucepan: 1 can chopped tomatoes
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can chili beans
Add hamburger meat. Heat to boiling. Remove from heat.
Add 1 pound Velveeta cheese (cubed). Stir until melted. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers. |
