6-7 pieces of chicken
1 box of stuffing
butter
salt and pepper
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can of water
Boil chicken pieces (can used breasts or dark meat, whatever you prefer) when done boiling remove skin and bones. Tear chicken into small pieces. Set aside. Cook stuffing as directed on box.
Alternate layers
1. stuffing
2. chicken
3. soup and water mixture( mix the 2 cans of soup together with a half can of water)
Put butter between the layers and salt and pepper.
Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes approximately. |
