1/2 c. butter
1c. garlic, pressed or chopped
1c. whipping cream
1/2c. freshly grated parmesan cheese (not the green can)
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper
2T. fresh parsely
cooked fettuccine
In a large skillet add garlic to melted butter. Add cream. Let simmer until suace begins to thicken. Add cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir to mix. Serve on top of cooked fettuccine. Sprinkle with fresh parsley. Great additions include cooked/pealed shrimp, cooked/cut chicken, and crab. |
