* 1 whole cut-up chicken (rinsed)
* 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
* 1 can French Onion Soup
* 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350. Rinse chicken. Put in a 13x9 baking dish (do not overlap chicken). In separate bowl, mix soups. Pour soup mixture over chicken and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Cook in oven for 45-50 or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve over rice or noodles. |
