1 stick of butter
1 cup of shortening
6 eggs
3 cups of sugar
3 cups of all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 cup of peacans
Preheat oven to 375. Blend all ingredients except peacans. Grease and flour cake pan. Crush peacans and put in the cake pan first. Bake at 375 for 1 hour 40 minutes or until you test with toothpick. |
