1lb ground turkey or beef
3c brown rice or white cooked
1bag mixed vegetables
1/2c onion
1/2c bell pepper
1clove garlic
Optional seasonings
A1 Sauce
Season All
Ketchup
Brown meat and add seasonings according to taste. Add the bag of frozen vegetables and cooked rice together. Mix together. You may add cheese on top and cook until vegetables are defrosted and cheese is melted. |
