Recipe: 2 tbsp olive oil 1 med onion, sliced 1 lg pepper, cut into strips 2 lg cloves garlic, minced 1 sm can mushrooms, drained 2 c chicken, cubed ½ c flour 1 tsp dried basil 1 tsp oregano ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp pepper 1 jar pasta bake sauce 1 lb box pasta 1 c shredded mozzarella ½ c grated parmesan 1 Preheat oven to 425°. 2 Heat oil in skillet sauté onions, peppers, and garlic till tender, add mushrooms meanwhile, combine flour, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper in bowl and coat chicken. 3 Add chicken to pan, cook till no longer pink inside. 4 Combine pasta, sauce, and contents of skillet in a large casserole dish, cover and bake 30 minutes at 425°. 5 Uncover dish and sprinkle cheese on top, bake uncovered 10 more minutes or till cheese is bubbly.
