8 oz. pkg. egg noodles, uncooked
1 30 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
2 C. chopped, cooked chicken
2 C. (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 C. grated Parmesean cheese
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Cook noodles according to package for 4 minutes;drain. In medium saucepan, heat spaghetti sauce and chicken until warm. In 2-quart casserole dish, spoon enough sauce to cover the bottom. Layer with 1/2 noodles, 2 cups spaghetti sauce/chicken mixture and 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Repeat. Sprinkle with Parmesean cheese. Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Serves 4-6. |
