Recipe: 1 lb ground beef, 1 cup chopped onion, 1/2 cup green pepper, 1 can kidney beans (drained), 1 can black beans (rinsed, drained), 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes and green chilies (undrained), 1/3 cup of water, 1 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp ground cumin, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1 cup (4 oz) shredded sharp chedder cheese, 1 cup (4 oz) monterey jack cheese and 6 flour tortillas. Cook beef, onion and green pepper, drain. Add next 8 ingredients bring to boil reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Combine cheeses. In slowcooker, layer about 3/4 of meat mixture, one tortilla and 1/3 cup of cheese. Repeat layers, cover and cook on low for 5-7 hours or until heated thru. 4 servings
