Recipe: 2 cup flour 1/2 cup powdered sugar Dash of salt 1 cup butter 4 eggs 4 Tbsp. flour 2 cups sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 8 Tbsp. lemon juice Blend first 4 ingredients together like pie dough. When good and crumbly, pat in 9x13 inch cake pan. Bake this for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. While baking, prepare the topping. Beat together the remaining ingredients. Pour over the crust base and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. If too runny, bake longer. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into squares when cool.
