16 ounces pound cake mix
2 eggs
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/3 cup water
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon baking soda
preheat oven to 325
line 16 muffin cups with liners
combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl
beat for 3 minutes on medium speed
pour batter into prepared muffin cups
fill them 3/4 full
bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean
cool for 10 minutes
frost with vanilla frosting
