Recipe: Dough: mix 2-3oz. cream cheese, at room temp., 1-cup butter at room temp., 2-cups all-purpose flour, mix together and roll in a ball and put in refrigerator to chill. Filling: mix 2 large eggs, 1-lb dark brown sugar, melt 1-tbs butter, 2-tbs vanilla, 1/2 cup raisins, 1-cup pecans broken into small pieces. Roll dough into small balls and place in mini-muffin pan, pat out to form mini pie shells put filling in pie shells and bake at 350 degrees for 25-28 mins. let cool then dust tops with powered sugar. makes 36 everyone will love these they are easy to make.
