Recipe: 1lb. ground beef, 1 small onion diced, 1 can diced green chilies, 1 8oz. can tomato sauce, 1 12oz. jar pace picante sauce, 8oz. shredded pepper jack cheese, 1 cup water, 1can french fried onions, 1 box italian pasta trio(cooked) brown ground beef with onion and season with salt and pepper to taste, when that is done mix in the green chilies half of the cheese, then add the tomato sauce picante sauce and water, also add half of the french fried onions. then mix in the cooked pasta put in a casserole dish bake at 350* for 20 minutes then remove cover and sprinkle with remaining cheese and french fried onions put back in oven till cheese is melted and ENJOY!
