2 deer steaks marinated overnight (marinade below)
(2 red delicious apples cored and cut into wedges with skin, loosely chopped white onion, 1 clove garlic, 1 tbsp each worstshire sauce, soy sauce, and black pepper, 1 8 oz bottle Bud Light or whatever your beer of choice)
When done marinating, cut off bone and diced for stir fry.
Heat deep skillet or wok with about 2 tbsp olive oil, brown steak, add in chopped veggies and steamed rice, toss together and serve with homemade crab rangoon*(recipe below)
Crab Rangoon
1 can real crab meat
2 tbsp sugar
1 block cream cheese
1 package wonton wraps
Mix first 3 ingredients together. Using a cup of cold water and your fingers, dip your finger in water and go along outer edges of wonton. Spoon about a tsp of mixture into wonton and seal by folding over and crimping edges. Be sure not to overfill or they will explode in the oil.
Fry in a deep fryer for about 2 minutes checking to make sure they are light brown and crispy and not burning.
Serve with deer stirfry. DELICIOUS! |
