1 medium deer roast (thawed or frozen)
1 can beef broth
1 can chicken broth
1 medium white onion diced
2 cloves garlic (I use pampered chef garlic press)
Throw everything in the crockpot for 8-10 hours. The meat will be so juicy and fall off the bone. It will taste lik beef roast but deer has no fat so it is very lean and tender. I usually make baked potatoes or mashed potatoes with it and green beans. Very delicious.
