2 LBS. of baby spinach
1 or 2 red chili peppers
Garlic (as many as desired)
Olive Oil
In a skillet heat olive oil,
Slice the peppers and the garlic
Add it to the olive oil,
In a pot add water bring to a boil add spinach......FOR ONLY A MINUTE TO BLANCH!
Take out spinach drain in a colander....squeeze out excess water chop it up into pieces (not to small)
Add spinach to the olive oil and peppers and garlic, toss.
Serve! and Enjoy! |
