This is for people who are scared to or don't know how to make gravy. all you need is 1 stick of butter, melted in a saucepan. 1-2 TBSN flour (stir in....burns quick be careful) Pour excess liquid from Turkey/chicken/beef/pork into strainer (important so you don't get nasty chunks or gross slime in gravy) over pot into butter/flour mixture, stir. If it needs thickened just add more flour. |
