Turkey Ala King
2 sticks margarine
2-3 green peppers
Sautee these 2 together
Add
1 cup flour --mixture will be pasty
Add
milk until mixture is to the right consistency
1 cup mushroom--optional
2 1/2 cups turkey
1 jar pimento
salt and pepper to taste
(if you'd like you could also add carrots and peas to make pot pies for another recipe variation) |
