Recipe: 1 pound boneless beef sirloin 2 T. cornstarch 1 can beef broth 2 T. soy sauce 1T. packed brown sugar 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 4 cups broccoli flowerets 4 cups hot cooked rice Slice beef into very thin strips. Mix cornstarch, broth, soy, sugar, and garlic.Stir-fry beef in nonstick skillet until browned. Add broccoli and cornstarch mixture. Cook and stir until mixture boils ad thickens. Serve with rice. Serves 4.
