1 lb carrots (canned or sliced and cooked)
1 tbs butter
2 tbs brown sugar
1 tsp water
Melt butter, stir in sugar and water. Cook for 1 min. Add carrots and toss to cover with mixture. Cook on low 3-4 minutes until carrots are thoroughly glazed.
