1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Cups Fruit Cocktail (1 large can, juice included)
1 Egg beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix dry ingredients. Add fruit cocktail, then add beaten
egg and vanilla to dry ingredients and fruit cocktail.
Stir well.
Grease 8" x 8" baking dish. Pour batter in dish and sprinkle generously with brown sugan and nuts.
Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. |
