Recipe: |
2 lbs of fresh pears (Homegrown Or purchased)
Peel, core and cut into small chunks
Cook until very tender. Mash with hand potato masher.
Add 2 Tablespoons of Sugar
and a 1/8 of a cup of redhots
Heat until redhots are melted.
Serve cold. Can be frozen.
