2 lbs ground beef
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 pkg dry taco seasoning
1 pkg dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
28 oz can diced tomatoes
1 can Rotel
15 oz can kidney beans
2-14 oz cans yellow hominy
1 can of Bush's Chili Magic
Salt to taste
Sour Cream
Shredded chedder
Bag of Fritos or Tostitos Chips
Brown beef and onions in a big pot. Add the rest of the ingredients EXCEPT sour cream, chips, and cheese. Mix well. Cover and simmer for at least 30 minutes. Serve in bowls topped with cheese, sour cream, and chips.
