Recipe: Needed: 1 small or 1/2 larger cabbage, cut into small pieces (like you were making slaw) 1 large onion, diced and fried 1 lb of ground beef, fried with the onion, until nice and brown, salt and pepper to taste. Do not drain unless there is excessive fat, a little fat adds a lot of taste to this dish. 2 cans of stewed tomatoes and 2 cans of water (add this to the ground beef and onions after they are fried.) add the cabbage pieces and cook until the cabbage is soft. You are ready for dinner, I also put in many spices, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper and even some italian seasons. This is up to you, I even take this to pot lucks and get many raves about it.
