4 TBL butter
1 chopped read onion
1/2 c each celery and carrots
saute 5 min together
then add 6 c. bread cubes (I use french bread cubes)
1/2 c each sunflower seeds and cashews
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. dried crandberries
3 c. cubed pears
1/2 tea. ginger
1 TBL garlic crushed
salt and peper to taste
1/2 c. broth
saute all together and then mix with bread mixture.
Place in 9"x13" pan and bake covered 30 min at 350* uncover and bake 10 more mins.
