1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
2 carrots---finely diced
2 celery---finely diced
a pinch of salt and pepper
1/2 cup oyster sauce
egg roll or lumpia wraps
direction:
mix all ingredients together (except for the wraps), and when finished, roll desired amount in the wraps. Freeze for at least 24 hours (frozen is better because it will be crispier), and deep fry when ready to eat. Deep fry until brown or until you feel the meat is ready. |
