Creamy Cheesecake

Recipe: Ingredients: 2 ready made graham cracker crusts ( can be subsituted with home made ) 3 (8oz.) pkgs of cream cheese 1c. white sugar 1/2c. heavy cream 2Tbsp. sour cream 1/4c. half and half 2Tbsp. vanilla extract 4 eggs Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 375 F or 190 C 2. In a large bowl beat cream cheese and sugar on low speed until smooth. 3. Beat in heavy cream, sour cream, half and half. 4. Add vanilla extract. 5. Add the eggs one and a time while beating ingredients. 6. Pour into crusts. 7. Place cheesecake in a water bath ( place cheesecake pan in a bigger container filled with water, making sure that the water does not get into the cheesecake. ) 8. Bake in a preheated oven for about 45min-50min or until filling is set. Chill and serve.
