Recipe: 1 lb ground beef, 2 cans whole kernal corn, 2 cans green peas or green beans, four med/small potatoes peeled, 1 onion sliced, four pats of butter or margarine, salt & pepper, four 12x12 (approx.) pieces of aluminum foil. On a cookie sheet lay out all four pieces of foil. Separate the ground beef into 4 1/4 lb. patties and place one each in the center of the foil. Cut each potatoe in half and lay on top of the beef patty. Spoon on top of each potatoe 2 heaping tablespoons of whole kernal corn and green peas or green beans. Lay one or two slices of onion on top. Top with pat of butter and salt and pepper. Bring up all four corners to meet in the middle, closing loosely. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Place each Turtle on a plate, open up to enjoy!!!
