4-8 Italian Sausages
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
2 medium or large onions
1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 cloves garlic peeled
olive oil
In skillet brown sausages on all sides, insides will not be done. Remove sausages from pan, add remaining ingredients, drizzle with olive oil. Saute till onions and peppers are tender. Place all ingredients in roasting pan, bake in 425 oven for 20 minutes or till sausages are fully cooked. Can be served over cooked rice. |
