Recipe: |
1/4c. light sour cream
1/2 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp dijon mustard
24 garlic melba rounds or other low far garlic crackers
4 slices of roast beef from deli cut into 6 strips
1 T. chopped fresh parsley
In small bowl, combine sour cream, horseradish, and mustard. Mix well. Place 1 roast beef strip on each melba round. Top each with 1/2 tsp. sour cream mixture.sprinkle with parsley. Arrange on serving platter. |
