Take any regular size angel food cake mix. Put mix in bowl, add one 15 oz of unsweetened crushed pineapple in to mix (including juice). Mix on low speed for 30 seconds and then medium speed for 2 minutes. Follow baking directions on back of cake mix box.
Top with Fat Free or light Cool Whip. This is a quick, delicious and fat free dessert.
