Ingredients
2 Packages of orange jello (small size)
20oz can crushed pineapple drained
2 Sliced Bananas
2 Cups miniature marshmallows
Topping
8oz of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
½ Cup Sugar
1 Cup Sour Cream
½ teaspoon Vanilla
(Optional) 1 Cup chopped nuts (Pecans or Walnuts work well)
Directons: Mix Jello according to the speed-set method, pour into 13 x 9 inch pan, refrigerate for approximately 10 minutes until partially set, then stir in fruit and marshmallows with spatula. Return to the refrigerator until set (approximately 45 minutes). Mix topping ingredients until smooth and spread over Jello. Sprinkle top with chopped nuts, if desired.
