1 C Butter Softened
2 C Sugar
3 Large Eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 ½ C All Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time then vanilla. Gradually add dry ingredients. Divide dough in half, wrap in plastic wrap. Chill 1 hour. Roll to ¼ inch thickness on floured surface. Cut out with 2 ½ inch round cutter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes
