4-1/2 cups colby jack cheese
(1) 8-oz or (2) 4-oz cans green chilis drained
2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon flour
Place 2-1/4 cups cheese in a greased 8" square baking dish. Sprinkle with chilis and remaining cheese. In a bowl, beat eggs. Add milk and flour. Pour over cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until set. Cut in small squares. Serve warm.
