2 cans black beans
1 can corn
1 can white hominy
1 sm can chopped green chilies
1 can Rotel
3 cups water
1 pkg dry Ranch salad dressing mix
1 pkg taco seasoning
2 lbs. browned ground beef
Mix together without draining, heat and serve. Very good and easy! Can also feed quite a crowd or be reheated for several meals. |
