Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Recipe: 1 pound ground beef 3/4 c. bread crumbs 1 egg 1 jar spaghetti sauce 1 can jellied cranberry sauce In a large bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs and egg. In a large saucepan, heat spaghetti sauce over med-high heat. Add the cranberry sauce and mash with a spatula. Form meatballs and add to sauce. Cook for 20-25 minutes. (The meatballs with cook in the sauce. No need to precook them.) Skim the fat off the top of the sauce and serve over hot rice or egg noodles.
