2 Tbsp. Raspberry Preserves
4 tsp. onion & chives cream cheese
6 slices deli Low-salt ham
1 slice reduced fat Swiss cheese
2 leaves leaf lettuce
Spread 2 slices bread with raspberry preserves. Spread remaining breaad with cream cheese.
Top reaspberry bread slices with ham, cheese, lettuce and remaining bread slices.
