1 lb of Ground Hamburger Meat
1 14.5 oz Can of Diced Tomatoes (chili Flavor)
1 14.5 oz Can of Dark Red Chili Beans undrained and 1 can of water
2 Tbs chili powder
2 Tbs dried minced onions
Season with Salt & Pepper as needed
*Fry Hamburger meat, drain. Combine all ingredients in Medium sauce pan, cover, let simmer on medium heat. Ready in 15 minutes! Serve with a hot rice, shredded cheese and fritos!
**Try buying Hamburger meat in bulk, fry all at once in wok with dicd onions. Weigh cooked hamburger into 1 lb measurements and place into freezer bags. Next time you make chili, pull one bag from freezer, place in microwave for 5 minutes to thaw. Continue recipe as directed. Then you will have made Very Fast Hamburger Chili! |
