INGREDIENTS
GROUND BEEF, BREAD CRUMBS, PARMESAN CHEESE, KETCHUP, EGG, GARLIC POWDER, WATER, CORN OIL
DIRECTIONS: THIS RECIPE WILL VARY DEPENDING ON HOW MUCH GROUND BEEF YOU USE.
I USE 1 POUND OF GROUND BEEF AND PLACE IT IN A BOWL. I THEN ADD 1 EGG, 1/4 CUP KETCHUP, 1TABLESPOONS GARLIC POWDER, 1/4 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE, 1/4 CUP WATER, AND 1/4-1/2 CUPS BREAD CRUMBS. YOU CAN ADD MORE OR LESS OF EACH INGREDIENT DEPENDING ON YOUR TASTES. I THEN MIX WELL AND SHAPE INTO ROUND BALLS. THEN PLACE IN SKILLET WITH HOT OIL AND COOK TILL NO LONGER PINK.
