4 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup/ (can substitute on can of cream celery for a different taste)
1/2 can of water ( or white wine)
swiss Cheese slices
stuffing mix to sprinkle on top (or bread crumbs)
layer chicken breasts on bottom of baking dish.
cover with cheese slices.
add soup.. mixing water with soup.
sprinkle with stuffing mix
bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Serve with rice or pasta..sauce for the side. Great with Brocolli!!
