Ingredients
3garlic,minced
2TBsp butter
5russet potatoes-peeled & sliced very thin
1/2 cp grated parmesan cheese
2cps heavy cream
seasoned salt-pepper-paprika -dash for taste
Directions
1. saute garlic in butter for a minute.
2. add the cream and simmer until heated
3.small casserole dish greased
4.layer potato slices-sprinkling cheese
5.salt-pepper-paprika
6. pour cream muxture over the top & bake
7. Bake at 300degree for 90minutes
8. Serve with roasted bake chicken or turkey.
