Smoked Salmon Pate
2 cans of pink salmon
24 oz of cream cheese
smoke seasoning…to your taste
parsley flakes
2 tsp lime juice
1/4 cup butter, softened
Combine all ingredients in food processor or use cake mixer and process until smooth. Pack into a serving dish. Store in the fridge. I use a 8-9 inch metal pie pan
Serve with crackers or small pieces of bread to spread it on. Add capers, parsley or dill to garnish if desired.
