2 pounds chicken tenders, 1 pint yougurt, 4 tablespoon red curry powder, 3 green onions, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, 1/8 cup lime juice.
mix everything together. refrigerate overnight. if tenders are big, skewers are not needed. otherwise than that it is best to skewer it. put it in the grill at med-high heat until done depending on the size of the chicken tenders. or you could broil it. great served with yellow rice and roasted bell peppers. |
