Recipe: 2pounds ground beef, one onion cut, one green bell pepper cut, 1 teaspoon black pepper, one tablespoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion salt, one tablespoon crole seasoning, 2 oz. oatmeal, 2 tablespoon worchestershire, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon oil, 1/4 cup of beef broth. 1/4 cup honey mustard, 1/4 cup poppyseed salad dressing, 1 teaspoon ketchup. mix mustard, poppyseed dressing and ketchup together. set aside. brown onions and pepper together with oil. set it aside to cool. while it is doing that, take the rest of the ingredients except broth and mix together and add the onions and peppers when it has cooled. grease a 9"x13" pan. flatten out the meat to the pan leaving a boarder of about 1/4 inch around. fill this with the beef broth. brush on mustard toping until covered. save the remaining sauce for later. put into 350 degree oven. brush with the mustard sauce every ten minutes. should be done in an hour.
