8 potatoes, partially boiled, peeled or grated
1/4 cup butter
1 cup grated longhorn cheese
2 cups sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup (ot mushroom or celery soup)
1/4 cup chopped green onion
salt and pepper to taste
mix all ingredients and spread in 9 by 13" pan
bake uncovered at 375 for 45 minutes |
