Lemon Chive Fettucini

Recipe: Lemon Chive Fettuccine 6 ounces fettucine -- uncooked 1/3 cup lowfat sour cream 3 tablespoon fresh chives chopped 1 tablespoon lemon peel grated 2 teaspoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon soft margarine 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon white pepper Cook pasta according to directions. Drain. Place pasta in a large nontick saute' pan along with milk and garlic. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently. Add cheese. Continue cooking until cheese melts and sauce thickens. Stir in parsley and black pepper. Add steamed vegetables. Use carrots, broccoli, onions, peas, beans, or whatever you prefer. Top with grated parmesan cheese and enjoy!
