2 cans pineapple tidbits or crushed, drained about half
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
1-2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1 stick butter, melted
Spread pineapple in bottom or 8x12 or 9x13 pan. Sift flour and sugar together and sprinkle over pineapple.
Sprinkle cheese over all of that, then sprinkle the crushed crackers. Pour the melted butter as evenly as possible over the crackers. Bake at 325 for about 30 minutes. Cool for a few minutes before serving. Best served warm. |
