Bologna
Warm Mashed Potatoes (fresh or leftovers)
American Cheese Slices
Salt/Pepper to taste
Arrange bologna slices on cookie sheet. Drop a scoop of mshed potatoes on top of each bologna alice. Sprinkle salt/pepper on mashed potato mounds. Cover each with a slice of cheese. Warm in oven untill cheese melts over the potato. Serve warm. |
