3 skinless chicken breast halves, sliced in half to make 6 chicken cutlets
1 cup corn flake crumbs
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. red pepper
milk as needed
Line baking sheet with no stick foil
Combine crumbs and spices in plastic bag. Shake to mix well.
Dip chicken in milk and put in crumbs. Shake to coat. Place on foil lined pan and spray with veg. cooking spray.5 minutes before done, sprinkle each cutlet with parmesan cheese.
Bake 400 degrees for 22 minutes or until tender.
